Our law firm charges fees in accordance with the provisions of the Advocacy Act (No. 85/ 1996 Coll.) and in particular with Regulation of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., which makes provision with respect to remuneration of attorneys and reimbursement of attorneys for providing legal services. Fees are charged on the basis of hourly rates.
The amount of an hourly rate charged for legal services (including legal counselling in Czech and/or a foreign language and administrative costs) upon prior agreement with the client.
VAT is charged in the amount stipulated by the Law.
Quantity rebates, discounts and modification of hourly rates for specific legal cases are subject to mutual agreement.
Trainings are provided subject to a charge pursuant to the above hourly rates.
Certification of signatures:law office certificates signatures in accordance with the valid tarif .
Invoice maturity: in accordance with the agreement.
Mode of invoicing: Monthly invoicing with a detailed list of performed activities; Consultation on the phone is charged after the limit of two hours is exceeded.
Separately charged costs:
- Administrative fees, government stamps and translations are charged pursuant to actual costs;
- Travel expenses are charged as 50% of the hourly rate plus costs pursuant to the pertinent legal regulations.
Law Office Dr. Kunz a partner s.r.o. hereby informs that within the meaning of Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the Czech Bar Association was entrusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic on 5 February 2016 to perform the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes for the area of disputes between the lawyer and the consumer from Agreements on Provision of Legal Services. The website of the entrusted body is www.cak.cz. In the event of a dispute between the lawyer and the client (consumer) in providing legal services, the client (consumer) is entitled to contact the Czech Bar Association for the out-of-court resolution of such a dispute.
